Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on baji taka, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete — we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false information is provided. Each individual may only open one account; operating multiple accounts is against platform rules and will be treated as abuse of bonus or promotional benefits. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure — do not share this information with anyone. You are personally accountable for all activity conducted through your account.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy

Baji taka supports secure deposits and withdrawals through popular payment methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be completed using a payment account registered in your own name — the use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the designated timeframe after verification is complete; however, additional verification may extend processing times. Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or attempting to play through automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to obtain bonus or promotional benefits by using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other members is against platform rules. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund management is strictly prohibited and constitutes a punishable offense under the laws of Bangladesh. If such activity is proven, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the account and notify the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the baji taka platform are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable law. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this content without our prior permission is strictly prohibited. The platform may also contain third-party licensed content, which is acknowledged as the property of the respective owners. Conducting any misleading campaign or fraudulent activity using our brand or platform name is illegal.

Limitation of Liability

The baji taka platform provides services on an "as is" basis, and our liability for issues arising from technical errors or third-party causes is limited. We will not be held responsible for gameplay disruptions caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or other external factors. However, if a member suffers a verifiable loss due to a technical error on our own platform, we will make efforts to resolve it fairly.
